Time: 12 PM (Pre-Judging) running a straight through format with a 1.5 HOUR INTERMISSION and then finals.

ENTRY FEES

Amateurs: **2018 Competitor Opportunity of the Year***

The cost of competing can get expensive. As competitor herself and someone who participates in

charitable events, the promoter is allowing anyone to compete for THIS SHOW ONLY without obtaining a

WPA amateur membership. Also the first class is absolutely FREE with the donation of at least 5 non-

perishable foods to be donated at check in's to the Oasis Social Ministry that feeds the homeless every day.

You still have to register even if doing just one class which will be zeroed out at check-out. All crossovers

added are just $40 (so if you're doing two classes your just paying for the $40 for that one crossover, if three

classes just $80 and so on.

First Class = $0 and 5 can goods

Two Classes = $40 and 5 can goods

Three Classes = $80 and 5 can goods

Show Entry $65 waived at check out. Crossovers (adding an additional division) $40. Discount taken at check-out.

*Note All Teen Classes are FREE (can good donations)

Walk-ins the day of the event are not permitted. No entries accepted after 07/03/18 11:55 pm

URINE DRUG TESTING

$55 all participants must be drug tested at check-ins. We are test piloting drug testing for all athletes. Your

sample will be randomly selected to be tested for anabolic steroids or banned diuretics or banned stimulants. All

ATHLETES samples will be tested and sent to.the laboratory. Pro card winners have both panels tested at no

ADDITIONAL costs from the athlete.

DRUG TEST ARE TO BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-INS. Indentification present at time of drug test.

All competitors must meet the eligibility criteria listed in the WPA Drug Testing Guidelines at worldphysiquealliance.com in order to participate. Please have a list of medications ready for the polgraph examiner and for the promoter at check ins. If you are on any prescribed medications on the banned list, please email drugtesting@worldphysiquealliance.com prior to registering.

In addition, all competitors subject to additional forms of testing if requested at the discretion and expense of the promoter.

EVENING ROUTINES

Routine length up to 90 seconds. Music must be supplied via email to drugfreefitnessassociation@gmail.com It must be in MP3 format and received no later than 07/03/2018. NO EXPLICIT LANGUAGE IN YOUR MUSIC PLEASE. Bodybuilders and Women's Physique please note on the email if you would like your music to start when you're off stage or on stage.  Props allowed for women's physique, bodybuilding and classic physique.

 IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED THAT YOU USE THE PROFESSIONAL MAKE UP ARTIST AND HAIR SERVICES AS WELL AS THE PROFESSIONAL TANNER THAT WAY IT ENSURES YOUR TAN IS DARK ENOUGH AND NOT STREAKY COMPARED TO OTHERS. NO OTHER TANNERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SPRAY BACKSTAGE. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED BACKSTAGE EXCEPT THE COMPETITORS AND STAFF. YOU MUST HAVE A BACKSTAGE PASS/WRIST BAND TO BE BACKSTAGE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

MAVS Charity Classic Fitness Expo 2018 Austin is a Bodybuilding Competition hosted by Make A Vet Sweat, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that funds gym memberships for veterans and their spouses to combat PTSD using fitness. The MAVS Charity Classic shows are unique because they give competitors the opportunity to fundraise and become a part of helping veterans across Texas beat PTSD. All proceeds from the show go directly to help veterans stay active and reduce the suicide rate among our veterans. Athletes are encouraged to fundraise and the competitor with the most funds raised wins the MAVS Charity Classic Title Belt! Fundraising also comes with incentives like free entry into 1 division, free hotel stay at the host hotel, free tanning, hair and make up by host tanning company.

MAVS Charity Classic is sanctioned under the IFBB Physique America. The overall winners in Women’s Bikini, Women’s Wellness, Women’s Figure, Men’s Physique, Men’s Classic Bodybuilding and Men’s Bodybuilding will become IFBB Elite Pro Athletes or compete ALL EXSPENSES PAID to international competition. The best part is that IFBB Physique America will be paying the airline ticket and the hotel accommodations for the qualified athletes to their first international or domestic competition.

The Battle of Central Texas is where the best of the best collide in bodybuilding and beach body physiques. 

This is a GBO Pro Qualifier as well as a qualifier for the coveted title of Mr. and Ms. Atlas in November, 2018.

Maurice Walton was known for his infectious charisma, his huge heart and selfless personality. Maurice transformed the lives of countless individuals. His commitment to finding the best in his clients and young athletes, and strengthening them both physically and emotionally forever set him apart from the rest. Despite being a professional athlete, his love for sports fell 2nd to his love and unwavering Passion for helping others. He will forever be remembered as the bright light that filled every room and most importantly for being an incredible father, mentor and friend to all!

Sadly it was not long after he competed in December at the 2017 Pro/Am Atlas International Show that Maurice was diagnosed with a cancerous disease known as Glio Blastoma. Although this form of brain cancer is common, the type Maurice had was rare. It was on January 31st that we lost our beloved coach and friend. So it is in his honor and legacy that we continue with his love of bodybuilding and raise awareness to this form of cancer. We invite you to come out to this charity event Saturday, September 8 and compete for a chance to win your pro card and qualify for the 2018 Pro Am Atlas International event held in November.
