Come join the World Physique Alliance, Fit Foods By Claire, Protein Bar and Rock Fitness for a day of learning, cooking, sharing, fun and food!

1:00-4:00 pm     Creative Healthy Food Prepping and Time Saving Techniques (Interactive                                      Class)

This is an actual cooking class with food provided and containers to take your food home with you! 

We will show you how to quickly prepare, healthy meals in an open interactive kitchen setting.

The Protein Bar of Leesburg, VA will be providing FREE shakes and also show you how to prepare your own shakes to fit your needs. Whether it is to increase energy, lose weight or build muscle!
