Show Entry $70. Crossovers (adding an additional division) are $45. DISCOUNTS FOR CROSSOVERS ARE TAKEN AT CHECKOUT.

CUT OFF DATE IS 04/17/2019 must have all show entries in by 11:55 pm.
WE ARE OFFERING MILITARY/FIRE/POLICE CLASSES FOR FREE FOR THOSE WHO ARE ACTIVE DUTY AND VETERANS (PROOF SHOWN AT
CHECK-INS.)
Walk-ins the day of the event are not permitted. No entries accepted after 04/16/19
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (NO EXCEPTIONS)
POLYGRAPH SCREENING
$55 (We accept polygraph examinations up to 30 days from WPA, NANBF, UNBA, NFF and NPAA only) Proof of polygraph must be shown. Polygraph screenings are available Friday, April 19, 2019.

All competitors must meet the eligibility criteria listed in the WPA Drug Testing Guidelines at worldphysiquealliance.com in order to participate. Please have a list of medications ready for the polygraph examiner and for the promoter at check-ins. If you are on any prescribed medications on the banned list, please email drugtesting@worldphysiquealliance.com prior to registering.
In addition, all competitors subject to additional forms of testing if requested at the discretion and expense of the promoter.

CONTESTANT MEETING (DOORS FOR THE COMPETITORS WILL OPEN AT 8:45 AM - UNLESS YOU HAVE A TANNING OR HAIR APPOINTMENT) THIS IS A NEW VENUE, PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF. WHEN ENTERING THE AUDITORIUM YOU MUST BE CLOTHED SO TAN WILL NOT GET ON THE THEATER CHAIRS OR CHAIRS IN THE LOBBY.

EVENING ROUTINES
Routine length up to 90 seconds. Music must be supplied via email to drugfreefitnessassociation@gmail.com It must be in MP3 format and received no later than 04/16/2019. NO EXPLICIT LANGUAGE IN YOUR MUSIC PLEASE. Bodybuilders and Women's Physique please note on the email if you would like your music to start when you're off stage or on stage. Props allowed for women's physique, bodybuilding and classic physique.
IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED THAT YOU USE THE PROFESSIONAL MAKE UP ARTIST AND HAIR SERVICES AS WELL AS THE PROFESSIONAL TANNER THAT WAY IT ENSURES YOUR TAN IS DARK ENOUGH AND NOT STREAKY COMPARED TO OTHERS. NO OTHER TANNERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SPRAY BACKSTAGE. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED BACKSTAGE EXCEPT THE COMPETITORS AND STAFF. YOU MUST HAVE A BACKSTAGE PASS/WRIST BAND TO BE BACKSTAGE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
