Global Bodybuilding Organization was formed with the premises of keeping true to an“ATHLETES FIRST” competition friendly atmosphere. After years of competing, promotion and involvement within the bodybuilding industry, we realized that our “standards” of promoting and organizing a well rounded event was only going to the next level by forming our own organization.

PLEASE READ... IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNING ATHLETES CHECK IN and DAY OF THE SHOW.

You must have GBO card in order to compete in any GBO sanctioned event. You can purchase your GBO card at www.gboonline.com or at the check-in on November 4th. It is strongly recomended that GBO card is purchased online prior to check in day.

Registration fees are nonrefundable except for emergencies and medical reasons with evidence in the last 3 days prior to the show.

Athlete check-in process will be done between 2:00 PM and 6:45 PM at the Arlington Convention Center on November 4th. 

All Standard and Classic Bodybuilding competitors must have their music and and every athelete must have their posing suit with them at the check-in. You will be asked to wear your posing suit for suit check. Bodybuilders will have the weigh-in and other athletes will have their height checked. Please note classic bodybuilding competitoprs will have their both height and weight checked to verify if they meet the GBO requirement for their class.Athlete badges, wristbands, gift bags and etc will be given at the check-in.

There will be a mandatory athletes meeting at 7:00 PM following the check-in process. Atletes will be informed about what should be expected during day of the show, agenda, and other critical items during this meeting.

You must be present at the venue by 8:00 AM on November 5th. Contestant numbers will be given in the morning prior to prejudging. Expediter will notify you when you will go on the stage.

Finals will start at 6PM on November 5th. Your critiques will be written down by the assigned judges. You can request to talk to the judge who has taken your critique after the finals, Not anytime else during the day. Headjudge will maintain these critiques for 2 weeks in case you cannot talk to the judges live after the show.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL THE EXHIBITORS:

All Setups will be completed between 1:00 PM amd 7:00 PM on November 4th.

Free WIFI is available at the venue, However if you need electricity, please let the promoter know. Convention Center charges $75 for electrical connection prior to the show and $100 at the day of the show.

For ALL:  $5 parking fee will be charged by the Convention Center for Saturday only. Do NOT hesitate to contact the host in case of any questions or if we can make your journey any easier.   Registration fees are nonrefundable.
