Big Tex Gym would like to reward competitive bodybuilding athletes with a sponsorship to any event of their choosing in the continental US during the 2018 season. ANY Federation and ALL divisions are welcome!

Event Rules, Guidelines & Criteria

Judging Criteria- this is NOT a bodybuilding competition and is not about overall conditioning and leaness. Physiques should represent a good foundation and shape for the division you typically compete in. Stage presence & presentation will weigh heavy on the judging criteria. We want to see your personality- we are not interested in sponsoring boring or robotic athletes :)

Athletes will not be split by division- again this is not about who is the best out of a particular division, this is about who is the best OVERALL athlete for this sponsorship.

Male Attire- Board shorts or classic physique style shorts

Female Attire- traditional beach swim wear

NO COMPETITION SUITS PERMITTED

Each competitor will get 30 seconds on stage for an individual routine. This is up to you to choose how you use this time- keep in mind your division and stay true to that tone for the 30 seconds. We are allowing a lot of freedom here because we want to see your personality on stage.

We will have a short break after the individual routines to deliberate and finalize scores. Awards will be presented after the break. No comparison rounds-scoring based off individual routines only.
